Hard drives purchased from us come with a 3 year warranty, if your drive becomes faulty we will immediately replace it with either a new or refurbished drive once tested (this drive will carry the remainder of your warranty), this whole process takes less than 3 days.
When Purchasing a Hard Drive....
Remember that hard drives have write limits, a Skyhawk drive has an annual write limit of 180TB (around 500GB per day) this means you will require 1 x hard drive per 8 cameras to prevent premature failure

POC provides power and video over a single cable meaning there is no need for a separate power supply.
POC cameras will work on a non POC recorder but only if you power it separately.
