  • We offer free unlimited telephone and email support for the full length of your warranty.
  • Free remote support for diagnosing faults with goods purchased from us for the full length of your warranty
  • Free remote assistance with setting up your CCTV System via hik-Connect cloud services.

Out of warranty support + advanced setups are chargeable at the rates below;

CCTV Empire provide assistance with the following - At a cost of £50ex vat per 60minutes - This is available for systems sold by CCTV Empire or purchased elsewhere

  • Remote access issues including Port forwarding
  • Remote firmware upgrades
  • Remote help diagnosing a fault
  • Remote help programming Hikvision Cameras/Recorders
  • Out of warranty or 3rd party goods fault finding assistance
  • Smart event setup
  • mobile notifications
  • Downloading of footage
  • iVMS Setup
  • System commissioning 
  • Out of warranty or 3rd party goods remote troubleshooting assistance

CCTV Empire can also provide installers/Businesses with on-site support if required at £200ex vat for up to 3hrs or £400ex vat for up to 6 hours within 25 miles of our main office address. For Distances over 25 miles please call.
