CCTV Empire Ltd was established in 2012 with the aim of working with installers to help them get the most out of their cctv solutions by becoming knowledgeable in the entire product range and supplying some of the best technical support in the industry
We have both a retail outlet with a trade counter as well as a large warehouse environment where our products are stored in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. We have in house technical support staff who are experienced data, network and CCTV technicians who can assist with most issues right away by either remotely logging into your system on your behalf or logging into a remote computer and helping. All of our staff as well as being an integral part of our sales team are hikvision HCSA Qualified this means they have undergone training with the manufacturer to ensure they understand how to use all the hardware we sell.
