• Unlimited Telephone and email support for the warranty period.
• Free Remote assistance with setting up your system to work with manufacturer cloud services.
  
• Telephone, email and Remote assistance for diagnosing faults with goods purchased from us.

Chargeable services

• Remote assistance for anything but fault finding and hik-connect setup, all other remote sessions are chargeable at an hourly rate.
